About this Cook
My first time to ever cook and get paid was at Dubb's Burgers. Truly, an old style buger joint that everyone sat at a counter. From there I worked everywhere from Ft. Lauderdale in top notch restaurants and night clubs to the old Playboy club at Great Gorge, NJ. Now I cook for my friends ande myself. Living in south Florida for about 40 years and now in the northeast section of that same state, the Florida lifestyle of the outdoor kitchen has become my favorite. I like to travel and try local foods when I can. The real spice of life.
My favorite things to cook
BBQ anything prime rib Italian pastas Soups
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother was where they got June Cleavers character from. Dinner was at 5pm. Eat it all and homemade desert was next. Holidays were with my family and mom was the cook. Today, I do it.
My cooking triumphs
When guests smile as they eat!
My cooking tragedies
Fogetting to pick up two full racks of prime rib at the butcher on Chistmas eve and having 22 people arrive for dinner.

These are wonderful as the recipe reads. I added a bit of horseradish to the garlic for a bit of zip. I may try some wasabi as an alternative to the horseradish.

Scott's Coast-to-Coast Famous Chicken Wings
This recipe is pretty basic with most wing cooks. I on the other hand jazz them up with the Frank's hot sauce, or you can use your favorite. Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon juice and garlic. If you want to mello the flavor, add a half a stick of butter. Heat all those ingredients up togetherand pour over the wings when they come out of the peanut oil. If you really want to have what I call "rip your lips off hot" add a small amount of chilli powder and or cayanne to that mix. Now your talkin' cookin' HOTWINGS, "GMAN" style.

Foolproof Rib Roast
Better have everything else your serving cooking on the stovetop or your microwave. Your meat cooking will have to change otherwise. If you happen to have double ovens, this is a great way to cook your prime rib. Traditional roasting works just as well in my opinion.
