Pumpkin Cake II

Very good and easy cake. I did take the advice of others and added only 2/3 cup sugar and a 15 oz can of pumpkin. I also added a full bag of chocolate chips, which made it really yummy. I baked it for 55 min in a stoneware bundt pan. Everyone said it was really good...some ate seconds. Definitely a keeper!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Oh, this was the very best chocolate cake I've ever made!!! And, I'm a chocolate person through and through. Everyone (including my son who rarely eats dessert) ate two slices. I used 1/2 cup of very strong coffee in place of the liquor. But I did everthing else exactly by the instructions....including the 2 cups of chocolate chips. It was very moist. I took it out of the oven just under an hour when it looked a little undone. But, it was actually perfect. Served it with sliced strawberries sweetened with splenda. Will make again and again!!!
