Bread and Butter Pickles II

1st time canner here. Worked with my daughter and her cousin. Had a great time. Easy to follow directions. We rinsed cucumbers after salt bath very well and doubled the brine. OMG, even the ones I cut too thin were crispy! We will definately be doing this again and using this recipe.

Spaghetti Chicken Casserole

The first night it was really good. Nice and light, great for a hot evening and so easy to make. Last night I had my IN LAWS over and told them we were just having leftovers, OMG, it's like the taste factor grew! My fil really enjoyed it and obviously, so did I.

Oven BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2007
I too cheated with what I had on hand, bottled bbq sauce, beer, dehydrated onion. These directions were easy and I agree that the beer was a great idea. Our ribs were terrific. Our picky children loved them. After they were finished cooking, I did stick them under the broiler for a quick coloring, about 5 minutes, it colored the bones up really nice. Thank you!

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: May 22, 2007
I was so scared because my Christmas Prime Rib (another recipe) turned out like a dry pot roast. Certainly not the case this time. I prepared the roast for a family member and the rave reviews that came back to me were fantastic, a real stroke for my ego. I was so proud. I took pictures and everything. I did cook a little longer because my oven is tempermental, a meat thermomitor is a must. Fantastic and EASY recipe, I am no longer afraid and the holidays will taste much better this year. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this recipe and so did my husband! I can't believe how easy it was. I did bypass the water and use a whole cup of red wine. Delicious!!
