Emily's Famous Onion Dip

This pretty tasty for yogurt...I am a HUGE sour cream fan. I follwed the recipe exactly but next time a may toss in some herbs just for a different flavour. Thanks for the recipe!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Very tasty...It really makes a difference to let it sit and let the flavours blend (I left it overnight) Next time I will add some chopped red bell pepper mostly for appearance. Thanks for the recipe!

Dressing for Potato Salad

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

This is a good recipe. I added a few things to it: one medium red onion, minced, a tsp of pepper and a Tbsp of hot sauce. I divided it up into 4 servings (enough for 1-2 people) and put the others in the freezer for future use. Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Enchiladas II

I have been using the same enchilada recipe for years so I decided to try this one for a change. This was a good recipe. My family enjoyed it. I will probably make it again even though I prefer my other to this one. Thanks for the recipe.

Veggie Pate

This was very good! I didn't have any sunflower seeds so I substituted 1 cup of peanuts instead and it turned out great. I also only put in 1/4 cup of oil to reduce the fat content, especially since I used peanuts. Other then that I followed the recipe pretty close and found that it actually makes 4 cups (before being cooked) so I divided it into four different containers, baked one and froze the other three. After baking let it cool to room temp and it can be shaped into a ball or log for a nice presentation, sprinkle top with dried parsley and paprika too. Next time I will add some cayenne pepper for a little extra zip. Thanks for the recipe!
