Antipasto Salad

These went over really well at our party, everyone at them. but they don't do all that great as a make a day ahead dish, the lettuce sorta wilts a little and the carrots stained the totilla kind of orange. But they were still really good.

Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

You won't be dissapointed! This was a great recipe. I used fresh peppers and roasted them myself, but either way, it's a wonderful dish.

Best Ever Hot Artichoke Dip

I suggest using fresh peppers and roasting them yourself, but either way, this was a wonderful dish. I'm not usually an artichoke fan but this made it really great. You won't be dissapointed.

Cranberry Rum Punch

Maybe my friends and I are a little different. But I had to triple the recipe, but leave the rum singled in order for it to taste like a *fun* punch rather than rum. Once I did that though it was great. I'd just suggest mixing everything together then add the rum to taste before you dump the whole 2 1/4 cups in.

Puppy Chow

The only thing easier was eating it! I used a whole pkg of chocolate chips and nearly a box of Chex cereal and it made a ton but everyone LOVED it!

Oreo™ Cookie Bark

This was a good recipe, but I found it hard (impossible really) to cut up so I tried breaking it up but that was pretty tough too and I ended up with big chunks instead of smaller bite size pieces. Make sure to crush the cookie up small enough so you can spread the mixture about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick. That should make it easier to break/cut up.
