Parmesan Focaccia Bread

I made this today and it was WONDERFUL!! I substituted canned tomato juice for the water and added basil and parsley. The recipe was too big for one 8" pan. Next time I will use 2 pans instead of one. I served this with BBQ pulled pork.

Perfect White Bread

This is the easiest, best bread I ever made. With the price of a loaf of bread at over $3.00 in Ottawa (Canada) and it does not taste like it used to; I started making my own bread. I will be using this recipe over and over again. Excellent texture, does not crumble when cut and tastes fantastic. Thank you for posting is recipe.

Onion Meat Loaf

A bit mushy but good - must be the oats. Will make again but next time I will reduce the amount of oats and increase the ketchup or add tomato sauce instead
