Baked Halibut Steaks

Very tasty! I used canned tomatoes with basil, organo, and garlic. The feta was wonderful!

Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2006
This recipe is a fair amount of work for not much payoff. I added the extra onion, garlic, crushed red pepper, and oregano, and it was still bland. I won't make it again. Want my leftovers?

Spinach Frittata with Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2005
This was very yummy - even as leftovers. It isn't as spinachy as the picture - the recipe calls for only 1/2 of a 10 ounce box of spinach. The goat cheese made it nice and creamy. Give it some time. I think mine took more than 15 minutes. This will definitely be added to the rotation!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Super easy, super quick, super tasty - and with the foil lined pan, super simple clean-up as well. You can't go wrong with this one!

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2005
This was very good. I used a lot less butter (maybe 3 Tbsp) and probably more bread (diced it - good idea) than called for. And I used a boullion cube like others recommended. (I might use 2 next time.) It was great leftover as well. My husband loved it too.

I thought this was really just OK. Maybe too sweet?

Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
We thought these were a little dry and bland. I served it on buns with roasted red pepper hummus and extra feta and that made it much much better.

Broccoli and Sausage Cavatelli

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2005
This was really tasty. I used spicy Italian turkey sausage to cut calories and I added some red bell pepper. I also put in at least 2x the amount of crushed red pepper. I think it could use some more vegetables as well, but I'm not sure what I would add. Maybe just more brocolli. It is a really good combination.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2005
Pretty good. Next time we will add some wing sauce or something to spice it up a bit. It was a bit bland, but pretty tasty. I used a Boboli, a roasted chicken from the deli and some sauteed red onion instead of green. Maybe that is why I didn't think it was a 5 star recipe. It was good, though.

Shrimp and Sausage Boil

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2005
This was OK, but there are better shrimp boil packets out there than using Old Bay Seasoning. And it would be easier and quicker to use a shrimp boil packet. My corn didn't turn out very well with this recipe.

I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone LOVED it. I should have doubled the recipe!
