So moist! So flavorful! I did follow the advise of one reviewer and used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 milk. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks!

Amazing Ribs

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
Really AMAZING! I added some boneless chops as well because I didn't have enough ribs and the boneless turned out kinda hard & dry (I think they were too lean). I used one bottle of Bulls Eye for chicken & ribs and added 1/4 c of oj to the bottle to get every last bit of sauce. Everyone raved and they were all eaten. Next time I will use ribs only.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2013
I added 1 green and 1 red pepper because that's what I had on hand and 2 small cans of tomato paste to thicken the sauce. I also added 2 tsp of parsley and skipped the salt & pepper. The sugar is needed to counter the acid of the tomatoes. I think the longer you simmer the sauce the better it tastes. So good the next day! Definitely a keeper!

Just as the name of this recipe says: "Best Steak Marinade in Existence". It is the BEST! I didn't add the optional ingredients, just great as is. Thanks so much!!!!!!

Baked Potato Skins

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2008
These were absolutely delicious! Although just a little greasy, next time, I will only oil the skin.

Grilled Chicken Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
These were very tasty but a lot of prep. I cooked in an electric frying pan cause I ran out of fuel for bbq. Everyone enjoyed them. Made again recently and although they are a little work, they turned out fabulous! Will make these rather than buy them frozen!

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
This is almost exactly like my choc chip cookie recipe. It was fantastic! I decided to set my oven at 350 and baked for 28 mins. It was perfect! Remember all ovens are different so you need to gage accordingly. This is a keeper!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
I skipped the olives cause I don't like them and followed the recipe as printed. I thought it was delicious! My kids wouldn't try it--they don't like refried beans. I froze the leftovers and took it to a Ladies card night. They finished every morsel!

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
I needed a bbq sauce and thought I would try this one. I didn't have the liquid smoke, chili powder or the cayenne pepper but made it anyways--sometimes you don't always have all ingredients on hand. This sauce turned out FANTASTIC!! Even though I was missing probably the key ingredient, it was still awesome. Would surely make again!

Cream of Celery Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2008
Fabulous! I used the tops and hearts of 2 bunches of celery and I blended the soup to make it creamy. Also used 1% milk to cut calories. I LOVED IT!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2010
This was very delicious and very rich. Everyone LOVED it! I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta, only 1 pkg of spinach as recommended by others, doubled the chicken and added mozz cheese on top. I used no cook noodles for the first time because I made 2 different lasagnas and wanted to save time. They were ok, but next time, I'll precook. Other than these changes, I followed the recipe and the sauce was very creamy and yummy! Thanks Lisa! This is a keeper!

Candied Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2010
I am not a fan of sweet potatoes. I made them for a special birthday dinner for my sister-in-law because it's one of her favourites and SHE loved them. So I guess I did them right! Thanks for sharing!

Ranger Cookies III

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
I needed a recipe to use up some coconut, walnuts and raisins and found this one. This is a GREAT cookie! I hate to make changes to a recipe before rating, but I had no choice. I used 1 cup shortening & 1/2 cup margarine and cut back on the white sugar by 1/2 cup. Also at the last minute I added 1 cup choc chips (wanted to use them up before the kids eat them!). I baked for 11 1/2 minutes and had a crisp light brown very tasty cookie. VERY delish! Also made 6 dozen. Must be BIG cookies to get 36! Will definitely make again! This is a keeper for sure.

Pumpkin Cake III

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
This was VERY good, however, it is more like a loaf than a cake. Kids loved the icing! I added ginger & nutmeg for a more spicier taste.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
These pancakes were very fluffy as the name states! Delicious!! I tripled the recipe and there were a few left over for the next day. I also cut back on the sugar. Syrup is already sweet, don't need to go overboard.

Blueberry and Raspberry Pancake Topping

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2011
I used fresh instead of frozen as they are both in season. I love this topping! It's not sweet like syrup and the flavor is fabulous! Doubled the recipe (I had lots of very ripe raspberries) and froze some. Delish on pancakes!
