Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2002
Very greasy. I wish I had read the reviews first! I won't make them again.

Almond Butter Cookies

I found this recipe very dry and crumbly. The balls would not stick together very well and fell apart. Not very attractive.

Strawberry Romaine Salad I

Reviewed: May 20, 2003
I had to use just a regular onion cause that's all I had and I had no poppy seeds. The dressing was delicious! Very creamy and it makes a lot!

Pork Chop Pileups

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2004
This dish had no flavor--it was very bland. I had to cook an extra 30 minutes because the potatoes weren't cooked. The only good thing is that the meat was very tender.

Honey Pork Oriental

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2004
Delicious! I had to substitute onion soup mix for gravy mix and red wine for red wine vinegar cause I didn't have the called for ingredients. I also didn't add onion since I used the soup mix. I ended up cooking too long and the veggies became soggy.

This recipe sounded really good and the reviews were very positive but I found this to be a lot of work for very little taste.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2005
This stuffing was delicious before I put it in the bird....but it was soggy when it came out. Everyone else at the table liked it but I'm still gonna search for the one I like the best. **I've made again (several times) and just bake it in a covered casserole dish for 30mins and uncovered for about 15mins at 350. The BEST dressing!

AWESOME! I don't add the olives cause I don't like them but it's still great! A definite crowd pleaser!

Cranberry Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2005
I found these muffins to be quite tart, but have a nice flavor. They also stuck to the paper cups so you lost about 1/3 of the muffin. I doubt that I will make these again.

Heavenly Halibut

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2007
I used basa fillets and maybe they were too thin. I found the cheese sauce overpowering and didn't care much for it, however, I didn't have green onions or hot pepper sauce (otherwise I would have rated it lower). My teenage son loved it! (that's why I rated a 4). I would have to try it with thicker halibut and maybe bake it instead of broiling as some people indicated and spreading it a little thinner.

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2007
I didn't have cream of chicken, so I used cream of mushroom instead. I found it to be very watery, but tasty. **made this again and found it way to salty. Won't make again.
