Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks

I added pineapple juice instead of the water as someone wisely suggested. I unfortunately cut back just a little on the cayenne. Bad choice for us as it was not very spicy, even after 5 hours of marinading. So we added sriracha while eating. Will make again. Thought I might add some garam masala spice next time for more depth of flavor.

Asian Beef Skewers

Fabulous! Even the leftovers served cold were great. I did add onions, but they need to be pre-cooked a bit as the grilling time isn't enough for them.

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken

Flavor was slightly above average. Nothing special. Added corn, doubled the sauce and spices as others suggested. Still was lacking something, so I added 4 oz of cream cheese. Better.
