Pineapple Chicken Tenders

I just made this last night and it was delicious! I added a tsp of ginger and some garlic powder like others mentioned. We had some bad storms come through so I ended up laying them in a 9x13 and baking them at 350 for about 35 minutes - the flavor of the marinade really stands out and is so yummy. We will definitely be doing this again and even trying on different meats!

Clone of a Cinnabon

I have made these once so far and plan to make them again this weekend. They were Ah-Maz-Ing! I have never made anything with yeast before, so I was a bit nervous, but I just followed the directions given in the comment of AndyTami, since I don't have a bread machine, and they turned out perfectly! All rave reviews and now I have to make them for my Mother in law because she loved them so much!

Shrimp Burritos

I needed a last minute recipe and I knew we had shrimp at home. I didn't have everything to make this recipe and it still turned out delicious! I didn't have the cumin or the chicken broth, so I used garlic powder and after simmering the onions for a little bit, I added the tomatoes so it would have more time to make more flavors. Added the rice and let it cook down and did the shrimp as said. No beans and no sauce - I didn't have the ingredients. Added the cheese and some sour cream - so tasty!

Mandarin Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry

I followed the recipe and it turned out great. Like others I wasn't sure at first and waited for my husband to taste it first. It was delicious and I would definitely make it again, maybe with chicken or pork next time to switch it up. I didn't have a problem with my veggies being overcooked, maybe others didn't have the temp high enough? Mine thickened right up....actually a little too quick!
