Italian Baked Cannelloni

This recipe works well for stuffed shells as well, I usually mix ground beef and hot Italian sausage, and use plenty of fresh grated Parmesan cheese!

Excellent marinade, I don't change a thing...when possible I try to marinade over night, but I have also made this and only had time to marinade for an hour and the steaks were still great!

This is perfect for any tender flaky white fish, my only change was to salt and pepper the fish, and a few dashes of garlic powder. They coating us cruncy and fish is flaky and tender.

Real Strawberry Cupcakes

My kids love these summertime cupcakes. I have also made them with frozen strawberries, and they turn out nice. I think the addition of the pudding mix makes them very moist and gives that extra flavor.

My Favorite Sesame Noodles

If you like Thai noodles you will love this! I use LoMein noodles instead of spaghetti, and add in mushrooms and sauteed chicken tenders to make a complete meal.

Oregon Salmon Patties

I use fresh salmon that I mince up in my food processor instead of canned. I also add in some minced garlic and about a tsp. of Old Bay seasoning. They are wonderful served on a roll with lettuce and tomato!

Love, love, love these clam fritters. I do not add the green pepper, I don't want to distract from the clams! I serve them with a "blooming onion" sauce for dipping and boy do they go fast!!!

I use this to make homemade chicken tenders for the kids. I love how crispy they turn out, I don't fry them, I just bake them in a 350 degree over for 20-25 minutes.

Basil-Garlic Grilled Pork Chops

Wow, I would have never thought to try the combination of lime and fresh basil, so I am very glad I found this. It is great for grilling chicken breats too. I just add a tablespoon of olive oil.

I will try almost any Buffalo Chicken recipe, and I am so glad I made this one. I could not find garlic flavored cream cheese, so I roasted a clove of garlic and made my own, these were great at this years SuperBowl party.

Wow, this sauce was great! I prepared everything the night before, took the crock-pot dish out of the frig in the morning, and when I got home from work, the house smelled amazing. I added in some diced celery and 2 fresh bay leaves.
