This was a great recipe for my husband's low carb diet. And it was so easy to prepare. I added a butter paste of butter, poultry seasoning, garlic powder and lemon pepper seasoning. I rubbed it under the skin on the breasts and on the outside of the rest of the bird. I put some french onion soup under the chicken w/ the foil balls. Everyone at my husband's restaurant wanted to try some, because the aroma was so wonderful. And the teenagers who work at the restaurant with my husband actually called me and went on and on about how good this chicken was. I'm glad I ended up cooking a 5 lb. bird!! :) THANKS SO MUCH for a keeper!!!
