Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2014
Excellent recipe! Our whole family really enjoyed these pork chops! I needed to use the timed baking option on my stove because of our church schedule and it worked great! I did triple the recipe and it made for a very nice sauce on the rice. Well done! We will definitely use this recipe again!

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2013
VERY good! I took another cook's advice and used fresh garlic (always a good idea!)My husband and children (ages 8, 6 & 6) loved this meat. I have some moose meat in the freezer, due to a happy hunter husband, and am going to try this recipe with it. The beef was so tender and I could cut it with a fork! I did also add a bit of Epicure's French Onion mix, which goes so well with anything beef!

Wonderful pie recipe! My kids loved it. The bottom was not soggy, though we found the filling to be a bit tart. Otherwise very good:)

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2013
Great recipe! Late on Saturday night I took out a four-pound pork roast. While still frozen, I put it into the slow cooker, added the spices and sauce ingredients, set it on low, and left it all night to cook. It worked great! At 9 am I shredded the pork, and when I came home from church it was ready to eat. This is a recipe I will definitely do again! I did not have apple cider vinegar (I personally do not like it) so I exchanged it for 1/2 cup red wine vinegar and 1/2 cup white vinegar. It worked great and the flavor was incredible!
