Peanut Butter Apple Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
Yummy! I only used 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of peanut butter and it was still sooo good. I think you can add as much or as little as you want depending on your personal preference and it will still turn out. Served with green and red apples. I made enough to have some on our pancakes the next morning but my boyfriend decided to just eat it straight out of the bowl!

Golden Granola

I add a bit more honey to make it a bit 'clumpier' and mix up the fruits, sometimes adding apricots, dried peaches, whatever I have on hand

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
Took these to a cookie exchange and they were a hit. These are not hard and crunchy, you don't even need to dip them in coffee to eat like most biscotti. I also added orange zest

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
I would give these 10 stars if I could. I didn't use a bread machine so I put warm milk, warm water and yeast in a bowl for about 15 minutes then added the other ingredients and let sit for about an hour. Divided it up into 12 balls and let them sit for another hour and then baked. I also made these once without extra time to rise and they were still yummy, just not as airy as before.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
I usually dislike broccoli but yet I love this salad!! It gets rave reviews every time I bring it to a party. I make a few changes though. I use sunflower seeds instead of almonds and I throw in small chunks of feta.

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
WOW! I don't think I have ever bothered to input a review yet but i just had to with this recipe. I made a few small changes based on what others had to say - I added 3 cloves of garlic and 3 bay leaves. Other than that I followed the directions perfectly and I just couldn't get enough of it. I will never make canned tomato soup again!!

A huge success but it's not for everyone. I love to try new recipes but for those looking for a simple pepperoni and mushroom pizza you better skip this one, it's anything but ordinary

My new specialty! Everyone loves this one and asks for the recipe. I served it in a bread bowl with french bread and tortilla chips. Amazing
