This was a HUGE hit with my family and even my 18 month old (who never eats veggies) loved them. I did follow the advice of the previous poster and used chicken broth in place of the water but they were sooooooo tasty. I also omitted the ham but they were lovely as a side :)

these are great for a side dish when you don't have a lot of prep time. My husband loves the seasoning. Even if it's just for nights when it's just me and my son I cut the potatoes into "fries" and do them that way :)

I have made a fair amount of cookies and I could never get my chocolate chip cookies just right.....well thanks to this recipe I have now :) EXCELLENT for anyone! I LOVE THEM

I thought this recipe was AMAZING! and so did my mother, which is whom I made the cake for :) I didn't line my pan /w parchment but I did spray it like crazy /w PAM. It came out fine after leaving it in hot water for a few minutes like the recipe states. I had no issues getting my eggs to whip up thick. I think that it could be b/c I have an awesome mixer and I just set it on the highest speed and left it. I could NOT believe how amazing this cake tasted. My mom is a brownie lover and it was like a soft brownie. My mom is also a HUGE chocolate fan but she hates when things are too sweet. This cake was the perfect balance. My mother is my biggest critic and she told me "You can make this every time we need a dessert" lol so if you are a chocolate lover, you will love this!!!!

I have heard of Kale chips for a while but like many of the other people who reviewed, was skeptical. WHY did I wait so long?!?!?! I am addicted to these! They are my favourite TV watching companion :) Thanks so much for sharing! I also find I get better results using PAM olive oil spray and sea salt. I know many of you would think I'm crazy but I literally WATCH my bake b/c I find the window btwn perfect and burnt to be extremely small. If you don't like this recipe - try it again b/c you most likely burnt them ;)
