Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2003
I have to say although these were edible they were not very good. I make a different cookie recipe each week, this one was my least favorite so far. I also found they stick to your teeth. The short list of ingredients appealed to me but was not worth it in the end. This one may be for those who can eat peanut butter by itself out of a jar!...lol....just didn't enjoy it. Thank you for the recipe anyway :-)

Golden Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2003
These were good cookies, but not the best I have ever had. I had to replace the butter with becel margerine because I was out of butter. They were really good hot but got really hard when they cooled. Still edible and good though...would make them again. Thanks for the recipe :-)

Banana Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2002
Here is a simple recipe that tastes great. I added a teaspoon of vanilla, used margarine instead of butter and made half a dozen muffins and one small round cake pan instead of the two loaves. Thanks for the recipe :-)

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2002
This was a great soft cookie recipe, usually I prefer flat and crispy versus soft but these were good and didn't last long. I have tried alot of cookie recipes and although these were not my all time favorite they were very good. I think if I make them again I will add the nuts. Thanks for the recipe! :-)

Baked Spaghetti Corn

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2002
This recipe was okay, my four year old son liked it more then i did. I tried it twice and made changes to it the second time. I added a cup of milk and used a smaller can of creamed corn and corn. I also used spaghettini instead of spaghetti since it is a bit thinner. Listened to other members and cooked it quite a bit longer then recommended and cut the margerine by half. Thanks for your suggestions all! :-)

The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2002
This recipe was great although I found it to be a little more sweet than sour. I chose to add some garlic to the sauce and used ground chicken instead of beef. Overall a great recipe.
