World's Best Lasagna

This is similar to my recipes except for a few changes. Use red wine instead of water. Don't cook the noodles. I rinse them and place in the pan. Double the sauce as the dry noodles soak it up but it's amazing. If I have pesto I use that instead of basil. The secret ingredient for me is a half jar of salsa, yes salsa. It gives it a nice kick. Don't forget the fennel.

Slow Cooker Carnitas

Don't leave out the cinnamon! It makes this recipe. I used a pork loin and cut into pieces. Added 1/2 chopped onion. I ended up with a lot of broth so last 30 min turn on high with lid off. If you want a bit thicker add cornstarch and water mixture.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

/doubled butter (salted),sugar,eggs,vanilla,flour, baking soda. Only used 1/2 tsp salt as nuts were salted. Used 1 bag white choc chips and 1 jars nuts (chopped). Soft, chewy. Big hit.
