This was a great hit with my family. I did triple the recipe and their was just enough left over for my husband to have for breakfast. I did add onions and I cook them with the celery till tender before adding them to the sauce mixture. Will be a recipe to make over and over.

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

this recipe makes the purfect cobbler crust. I used a homemade canned blueberry filling and added the crust from this recipe. It was the perfect addition. The only change I made in the recipe was that I changed the vanilla to 1 tsp. Our family will be eating this many more times.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

This was WONDERFUL! My family loved it, even my very picky 8 year old daugther. I made it twice during the thanksgiving season. Once I used spleda instead of the sugar. It tasted great. This will be a recipe I will use all year round.

Pumpkin Pancakes

My family enjoyed these pancakes. I found that they were too thick and a little bland. So I changed the milk to egg nog and increased it by 1/2 cup. It became more flavorfull and thinner. We really enjoyed the recipe.
