Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2013
I can't really expand on the other reviews. Just wanted to say - it is the best. I used vanilla flavored creamer and everything else the same.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
PERFECTION at last! I have tried to make a roll such as this for over 30 years. I used 1 c whole wheat flour and rest white bread flour. They were the lightest, tastiest rolls I have ever made. I made 18 rolls in muffin tins.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2008
My bacon turned out just right, not too crisp but done. I am amazed that it took me this long to try this method. I turned one piece over after 10 minutes and found no difference in what I did not turn. I did use the foil and will again as it made the cleanup a cinch. It did take at least 20 minutes using thick sliced bacon.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
The first time I made this I used an 8 cup measuring bowl and pretty much followed the directions. Was great-crunchy, good flavor, etc. The next time I tried the 4 cup measuring bowl as suggested by a reviewer, and I could NOT get it to turn brown or turn golden and it kept boiling over. The brittle was a little sticky and the peanuts didn't taste as good. So for me, the bigger glass cooking bowl was the key. I have an 1100 watt microwave. Those of you that had trouble with the 4 cup - try again with the 8 cup. It is really good when it turns out right!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2006
The "perfect cinnamon roll"; I have made them three times in a weeks time. I like to make make them the night before and then bake in the morning. They are so easy and yummy! (I use oil to roll them out and not flour.)
