This was absolutely delicious!! I integrated recommendations from a few other reviews and used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 can (14.5 oz) of chicken broth. No water. I put the dough into the crockpot about 60 minutes prior to serving (after 5 hours). I agree that to not cut up the chicken but let it simmer in the broth all day in whole pieces - it was SO tender and fell apart on its own. Since the biscuit dough is so sticky, I put some flour on a large piece of wax paper and covered the pieces in flour while I slightly flattened them before cutting in to 4 pieces. The flour also thickened up the broth a little, which was perfect. THANK YOU - I am definitely going to make this regularly over the winter - perfect cold Sunday comfort food. :):)
