I have always wanted to know how to make chicken & dumpling but the way other people made it, it seemed like too much work so I skipped over it. This recipe ended up in my inbox from my email I read that it was so I tried it. I am a pre-diabetic so I had to tweet it a bit just with getting the low fat condensed soup, only eating a small portion of the dumpling (they do have wheat frozen biscuits) and making sure I have green veggies on the side. But this was an amazing recipe. I recommend salt for taste but diabetics sea salt is healthier. I checked my glucose levels after 2 hrs and AC1 still remains in the 5. I really feel great that I made this recipe.
