Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
So yummy I couldn't stop eating it! I made only a few adjustments. I made the Alfredo sauce using another (Allrecipes) recipe because store bought is too salty and chemical tasting. After learning the lesson to next time buy shrimp already cleaned, I followed the recipe except after cooking shrimp I only added my premise Alfredo sauce with a sprinkle of crushed red pepper and black pepper. I'll make again maybe with chicken next time.

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle
I made this recipe as directed, stirring every few minutes. I accidentally let a few extra minutes pass and my temperature went up to 305 degrees (302 is hard crack). It turned out to be a great accident as the brittle was hard but broke easy, and didn't get stuck to your teeth. I will cook that long every time from now on. Tip: don't use too much butter it will leave the brittle greasy.

Best Brownies
I made the recipe as directed except that I used agave instead of sugar. Perhaps that is what I did wrong because the brownies came out like thin sponges with little flavor.
