Dad's Hamburger Gravy

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2009
Very good-- I took the advice of some others and added beefy onion soup mix. I feel it is missing something though- Not sure what yet, but I will make it again and if I change anything else for the better, I will repost.

Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2008
Quick and Easy and kid friendly. I did make a few changes like others have listed. I pre-cooked tater tots. I did not use cream of mushroom soup and used 2 cans of the cheese soup. I used minced garlic when frying the meat and onion and added the salt & pepper then. I only heated the casserole enough to melt the cheese (only about 1 cup) b/c everything was already hot and I had a lot of cheese in the meat mixture. Thanks for sharing

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2004
loved them!!! I made 2 changes- first I made 5 loaves instead of 8; second I used regular quaker oats-- didn't have the quick cooking ones, but it didn't matter.. The kids and husband enjoyed it as well-- next time I won't put as much sauce on top (I used the whole amount).

Antipasto Squares

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2004
Fabulous!!!!Had to email everyone at my son's b-day party the recipe!! The only change I made was that I used less than 1/4 lb of pepperoni since I feel that it is so overpowering. I did make sure to drain the peppers really well so it wouldn't get soggy and it didn't! Definitly a make again recipe--- thankx

Peanut Butter Chews

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2003
deeeeee-lish!!! I used 5 cups of rice rispies & only drizzled with choc chips. I also let it cool slightly, then sprayed my hands with pam and shaped them more into cookie shapes-- you could probably shape them into nice designs. Just watch out for some Hot spots!! Definitly a keeper recipe!!!

Pignoli Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2002
Fantastic recipe. The only thing I would recommend is putting some of the pine nuts on the bottom of the cookie, because they were very difficult to get off of the foil.

Won Ton Wrapper Appetizers

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2002
These are fantastic-- when making the wonton cups- be gentle because they can tear. I added a few strips of shredded cheese on the top of the stuffed wonton cup to make it a little cheesier. Also I cooked the sausage first (without the casing) in a frying pan, then I chopped it with one of those hand choppers.
