Superb Sauteed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2014
Loved it but I made minor changes. Used no wine (due to I'm doing a 28 day challenge and can't have alcohol) and used tamari vs teriyaki to keep it gluten free. Added extra fresh garlic and no garlic salt and used vegan butter along with olive oil but just used about a tablespoon of olive oil vs the 3. I'm sure the way the recipe is listed is delicious too.

Vegan Bean Taco Filling

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2014
I haven't been on the Allrecipes website in years and in the past few weeks I have made a few of the vegan recipes and they are awesome, including this one. We ate it like a hearty soup and did not add the cornmeal because I could not find Organic cornmeal. If you know about GMO's, you will only organic when it comes to corn products. Keep the vegan recipes coming peeps!

Vegan Black Bean Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2014
We loved it and it was so quick and easy. The only thing I did different was to blend up more of the soup than recommended. Added avocado on top too for a hit of creaminess and presentation.

Grill Master Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2011
Are you kidding me.........these were awesome!! I didn't even have Franks hot sauce at home, I had Tobascco sauce so I never got to do the second part of the recipe. If these wings taste better after using the Franks than from just from being marinated, I may have to make them weekly. My DH was lovin' them too!!!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2011
Made it twice in 2 days. There is a ton of topping and it makes the muffin tops come off easily. Today I made it and did it like a cake - doubled the recipe and added white chocolate chips (no blueberries), used the excess topping from the previous day and baked about 45 minutes. Both ways - delish!
