Pork Chops with Onions and Apples

A good basic recipe that can me doctored up a bit. I made the whole dish in one pan with boneless pork loin chops. I will make this again and add some caraway seeds for a little zip.

Basic Crepes

I made these for my family the other morning they were vey good. I added a dash of sugar to the recipe. I love that it has ingredients we all have on hand! Thank you, this is a keeper!

Slow Cooker Carolina BBQ

I thought this was very good. After meat was cooked I just added a bottle of bbq sauce. My family likes bbq sauce. I will make again!

This was quck and easy to make. I added a small can of drained diced green Ortega Chiles and a couple shots of Tabasco Sauce. I served salsa on the side. My friends and family enjoyed it very much. Would make again.

Shrimp Scampi V

I thought this was terrible. As I was adding 1 cup of wine I was thinking this is way to much. I was right! Would not make this again.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

This soup was wonderful! It was so easy to make. It had great texture and flavor. I added an extra can of chicken broth because my family likes more broth. I also added 1 teaspoon of sugar,1/2 teaspoon of dried powdered cumin and some salt and peper. I will make this again and again. It will be better the next day when all the flavors blend
