Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

The best wings I ever had were from The Crows Nest in Santa Cruz Ca. This recipe comes as close as I have ever been able achieve at home and I have been trying for over 30 years.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

This is pretty kick *** I'm kind of a main course sort of guy but I love Peach Cobbler and couldn't get anyone to make it for me but I found Peaches on sale and this recipie at about the same time so I decided to make my own. Over the top good! Apparently we are not allowed to use Biblical words like *** here so I edited my review.

Grilled Salmon I

This was outstanding! In have one of those seal a meal vaccume marinators and marinated this overnight. Mostly because my wife fell asleep just prior to dinner prep. We served it with grilled Asperagas and a Greek salad. No restraunt could have done better. It was so good that my wife insisted that I review it here.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This is pretty good. Not over the top great but pretty good. I have a party comming up next week and decided to give this a run by. I never serve anything I haven't tried first. People suggested canned Jalepenos and fresh Jalapenos so I split the recipie and tried both. I also used a digital scale to measure ingrediants cause that is how I do things. I preferred the canned Jalopenos because they were hotter but my wife preferred the fresh ones. The real test was how did it taste the next day. The fresh Jalapenos won but not by much but the real test was, can this be made a day ahead. The answer is yes but bring it to room temp before you serve it. Overall, It will be at the party but it is NOT knock your socks off.
