The was a great base recipe. I didn't have all of the ingredients so I used cream of mushroom as someone else suggested, and fresh chicken broth instead of beef. I also used fresh mushrooms and added diced onion, and I sauteed them in the butter before mixing with the other ingredients. This was an instant favorite rice for my family. Thanks!

Butternut Squash Soup

Wonderful recipe. I did use whipped cream cheese, and about 1/2 the amount called for, and also roasted the squash. Great soup for a chilly fall night.

Grilled Salmon I

I had some tilapia and was looking for a marinade and came across this recipe. It was excellent and had just the right amount of salty sweetness! We can't wait to have this again!

Simmered Italian Rice

This rice was very easy to make and very flavorful. Instead of spinach I diced 1/2 cup tomato and 1/2 cup brocolli, and added a bit of garlic powder. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks
