Chicken Breasts Pierre

Made this with half the salt in the flour and no additional salt in the sauce. It was excellent! Before adding the chicken, the sauce had a strong vinegar taste, but after it was done, the flavor was outstanding! One note, I only simmered for 30 mins, but could have cut 5 mins off.
