Thank you for the recipe. I marinated the back strap after slicing and pound tenderizing in buttermilk and worcestershire sauce for several hours. Then fried as your recipe instructs but used Tony's in the flour instead of salt and pepper. Severd with mashed potatoes and cream gravy! So yummmmy!

Zucchini Boats on the Grill

We love veggie boats, this is a good recipe, yes drain the pulp I mixed mushrooms, red onion, fresh cooked pepper bacon crumbles, fresh basil, cheddar cheese, wheat bread torn, I added a thin spread of butter substitute to the inside of the boats, then drizzled a littel of the bacon drippings on the boats after assembled. Very good, Will fix again, so versatile! Thank you

Grilled Chicken Breast with Cucumber and Pepper Relish

I liked the idea! I added a provolone slice on top of the grilled chicken, changed the relish by adding diced radishes, subbed jalapeno for yellow pepper, substituted the parsley by adding cilantro, sprinkled with lemon peeper and 1 t of lime juice! Very good! Thank you!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

A hit with friends watching the football game! I added 1/2 t garlic powder and fresh ground pepper. Selected french rolls and topped with provolone cheese. Will make again. I even had people take sandwiches home. Comments: Best Frenh dip they have ever had!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Very good base but being from Texas I needed to spice it up a bit. I added garlic powder, cayenne and cumin. Mixed it all then topped with real bacon crumbles heated it up! Sooo, good!

Mexican Baked Fish

My husband caught 7 nice size catfish and i didn't want to fry so I tried this recipe, Excellent! I used the Mexican cheese blend. Also used two different types of salsas. One side medium the other side hot for different taste buds. Everyone enjoyed. The final comment was they do prefer their catfish fried! Next time and there will be a next time I will choose a different fish.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

Made this tonight, excellent. I did marinate for 45 minutes. Used garlic rosemary seasoning and added basil.Seared pork chops cooked until almost done then arranged the cooked onions tomatoes and feta on top then placed in a 300 degree toaster oven while I made pan gravy and mashed potatoes. Yummy! Will fix again. Noce enough for company also. Used plum tomatoes.
