Beer Beef Stew II

This was very good. I just went ahead and put the whole bottle of beer in it so as not to waste it. I used a gluten free beer. We really liked this and it is different then the normal beef stew you normally see. I would definitely make again.

Black Bean Tuna Salad

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This was delicious! I wouldn't change a thing. So flavorful. I marinated it overnight and all day. I didn't make them into kabobs. I used thin chicken breasts and cooked them on the bbq. Definitely a keeper.

I thought this was really good. I didn't put in celery as I really don't care for cooked celery and I added fresh green beans but otherwise I made it exactly as written and it was really really good.

This is delicious! I get asked for this recipe all the time. I add a little more banana than called for and sprinkle the top with sugar. I have made this with gluten free flour, as well, and it is still really great.

We make this all the time. So, delicious. I use ground pork. I mix half spicy and have regular. So good. Just like the one at Olive Garden. I like to make it myself because I can make it gluten free.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

This was delicious!!! I used an alfredo sauce that is on allrecipes site which made it even more delicious. Didn't put the tomatoes on like in the picture but I think that would be good to. The pesto added an amazing flavor. Made exactly as written except for using the alfredo recipe that is on this site because my husband is gluten free so I don't used many jarred things. I used a gluten free pasta. Delicious!!!

We really loved this. I think next time I will use pine nuts instead of cashews for preference. My family really like this including my kids. My husband, who doesn't like spinach, liked it. What a great healthy recipe!

Beef Pot Roast

This was fantastic! I have never been able to make pot roast without a crockpot. otherwise it is dry, overcooked etc. I added a little bit of red wine to the onions and mushrooms and abotu a Tbs of brown gravy mix to thicken(after cooking). I also added some mushrooms with the onions. I will definitely make again.

Lobster Ravioli in Tomato Cream Sauce with Shrimp

I did not do the shrimp stock. The sauce itself is incredible and does not need it. For the sauce I used nonfat milk and some cornstarch instead of heavy cream. I used a cheese ravioli instead of lobster ravioli. Then added some mushrooms. So very good and will definitely make again. Restaurant quality.

Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken

This was ok. Very salty. I even cut back on the soy sauce and added extra water. The chicken seemed mushy to me. I did add some red and yellow peppers which made it a little better. I would make it again but change some things.
