good recipe, Added more onion, hot sauce, and green peppers. has a great flavor. Like to change things around. I wanted sauce to taste like a romesco sauce and it appears I did it. Thanks, Allrecipes

This was wonderful for sandwiches. I had italian beef in New Orleans. The Au Jus was great for dipping. Leftovers made an awesome chilli with addition of Tex-Mex seasonings, especially cumin and smoked papkria. Will play with this more.

Banana Muffins II

These are great muffins. I used whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar mix. Added some vanilla and cinamon. Also dumped some left over blueberries in. also some crushed pecans. They were very light and fluffy.. Made the small muffins. 24 to a tin.
