New York Italian Pizza Dough

Absolutely fantastic! I didn't have time to set it in the refrigerator for 10 hours so I just let it rise and made my pizza. I also did not have bread flour so I used all purpose. I bought the right flour now and can't wait to do it again. I have tried multiple recipes, but this is the best by far.

Naked Shrimp Pasta

I used 1/2 the amount of Italian seasoning and it still seemed to overpower the shrimp. It was ok, but I won't make it again.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Absolutely delicious! I used 3.5 cups of whole wheat flour (in addition to the white) and used a bread dough hook to knead for 10 minutes. Next time I will eliminate the butter brushed on top; it doesn't really need it.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Fantastic! I used 1/2 cup of half and half and 1/2 cup of water instead of milk. For whatever reason my family doesn't do well with milk, but are ok with half and half. I also added a dash of Old Bay and about a teaspoon of minced jalepeno. It was absolutely delicious :)

Chef John's Flour Tortillas

Super excited to make tortillas, but it didn't turn out too well. I don't know if I did something wrong, but they were very crispy. Was hoping to use it for a burrito wrap, but it crumbled. I followed the video and instructions exactly, so have no idea what went wrong. The only thing that I can think is that mine were thinner; the Chef's looked kinda thick.
