Baked Broccoli

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
I followed the reciped verbatim. The cayenne was way too overpowering and the spice combination was "off". The broccoli had a weird tangy, way too spicy, sweet kind of taste and they did not caramelize at all. I won't be trying this again.

Pumpkin Cheesecake Squares

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2011
Very simple and very yummy! Made a test batch and decided I'll definitely be bringing these for Thanksgiving dessert! I would definitely recommend spraying the pan. I couldn't find any cinnamon chips so I just sprinkled ground cinnamon over the sugar cookie dough prior to cooking. I also opted for Stevia instead of sugar. The pumpkin taste is very mild. Next time I'll try adding more pumpkin pie spice or another half can of puree.

Whipped Cauliflower

These turned out fabulously and tasted great! I sprinkled them with garlic powder while steaming, transferred them to my food processor, added a bit (too much, in hind sight) of milk, butter, more garlic powder and cracked pepper (makes them look more like mashed potatoes).

Super simple and tasted great! I didn't have chili powder so I used cayenne pepper, added some spicy bite!
