I thought these were great! And I even had to make several changes because, even though I thought I had everything, I didn't! I doubled the recipe also. I ended up having to use some whole wheat pastry flour (ran out of AP). I used Greek Gods honey/raspberry yogurt (no lemon) and added the zest from 1 lemon and the juice from 1 lemon to make up for it. I didn't make the topping because I plan to freeze most of these (preserving the raspberry harvest) and I didn't think it would be very good. I followed another readers suggestion on some with not adding the raspberries to the batter but layering them in the middle of each muffin, and did some as the recipe stated. I liked the way the recipe stated better, and mine actually didn't turn to pink. I also added a few chocolate chips to a few that I layered, but I actually didn't think it added much! They smelled so good as they came out of the oven. Would definitely make again!
