Well I have recently rekindled my old passion for cooking. I had taken Cooking classes in highschool. No not Home EC it was a career center and we ran a resturant. I cooked for two years there my jounior and senior years. I was accepted to the "Le Cordon Bleau" program at pennsylvania culinary (freshly defunct i might add) but instead I went into the Air Force to do Water Treatment... Kind of a far cry away from where I started. Never the less I am back with a new found passion for an old flame.

I like to make different variations of meals. I have my own styles for making a pork tenderloin and for things of that nature. I want to do more and learn the things that I may of missed

None really, Im the patriarch of my own family now and I shall try to teach my two children the ways that I cook.
