Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2012
Loved this! I used fresh broccoli and threw it in with everything else. I also added red bell pepper. To have a thicker sauce, I didn't use chicken stock. The flavor was great!

Almond Cupcake with Salted Caramel Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2012
This was delicious! The cake was very moist and flavorful. The icing didn't have as much caramel flavor as I would have liked, so I added some sugar free caramel sauce I have for coffee. Great go to recipe for fancy but easy dessert!

Turkey Garbanzo Bean and Kale Soup with Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2012
This is a delicious healthy dinner option! With the meat and beans, it's really filling. My husband ate it all up and didn't complain about not having enough food like he often does with soups. Will definitely make again!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2012
This is one of my favorite soups! I follow the recipe except substituting kale for spinach since it holds its form much better and is healthier.

Fruity Curry Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2012
My absolute favorite chicken salad ever. My husband and I make this often in the hotter months. Definitely let it sit overnight so that the flavors mix well.

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

Reviewed: May 30, 2012
My husband is Italian and grew up with meatball soup. He really liked this recipe. I thought it didn't have a lot of flavor, but apparently that's how meatball soup is supposed to be.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: May 11, 2012
I felt like these weren't very chocolate-y, and they weren't as fudgy as I'd like. The came out somewhat dry. I would recommend not melting the butter, just using soft butter, to anyone who wants to try this recipe.

Made this for Easter, and it was INCREDIBLE! It does take a bit to grate all the carrots, but it is totally worth it. Delicious!

Balsamic Baked Tilapia

Reviewed: May 6, 2012
The blue cheese seemed to almost take away from the flavors of the fish. I'd recommend using less, if any, if you want to taste the fish.

Indian Shrimp Curry

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
I use this with chicken rather than shrimp. Let the sauce reduce down so it thickens, then serve over rice. Love it!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2012
Instead of making multiple layers, which is really difficult, I just mix it all together to make a regular pumpkin cheesecake. Great, strong cheesecake!

Light Wheat Rolls

To make this easier, you don't have to worry about rolling them up. When I'm in a rush, I just roll the dough into balls and bake it like that. Still turns out great!
