White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
Delicious, just what I was looking for! Makes an excellent base cookie to add just about anything, not just macadamias and cranberries. Thank you for posting!

The Best Chicken Fried Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2012
This was delicious! Just what I was looking for. Used regular milk and it was fine. Make my gravy a little differently (like the one on a creamed chip beef package and then add crumbled pork sausage). Chicken was tender and juicy inside. Thank you for posting!

My fiance and I love German/Austrian stuff so found and tried this. I actually made it for breakfast, not dessert. No rum on hand, but had it with fresh berries, syrup, and nutella. Schmeckt mir gut! Thank you for posting!

Buttermilk Biscuits I

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2011
These biscuits are AWESOME! I did as another reviewer suggested and added extra baking powder and salt to my regular all purpose flour mixture and they came out perfect. I do not bother rolling them out, I just spoon in heap on to sheet. They were dense but fluffy, and crispy on outside but moist on inside, just the recipe I was searching for. Perfect to serve with creamed chipped beef or sausage gravy, or just with a pat of butter or just by themselves. Thank you for posting!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
My fiance was looking for something a little more chewy but I thought these were great (and yes I took them out early). I added raspberry extract and raspberries to mix and it was super delicious. Icing was delicious also! Thanks for posting! :)

Lemon Blueberry Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
This was awesome. Everyone loved it. I don't like nuts in breads too much so I did not add them. I added poppy seeds instead and it came out delicious. I also added more lemon juice as I wanted a stronger lemon taste and added more than 1 cup of blueberries. Thanks for posting! :)

Zucchini Puffs

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
This was great for using yellow zucchini from our garden. My fiance does not like zucchini, but he loved these. While I was making them I opened my fridge for something and saw mushrooms, and had an idea, to coat the mushrooms in the batter then fry them. They were YUMMY! Then I did the same with broccoli and green beans, sort of like tempura. Delicious! So this recipe can work by itself for the puff or as a tempura type batter. Thanks for posting it! :)
