Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

The easiest and most delicious dessert around. The butter mixture on the top is a bit too much and pools in the middle, other than that yummolicious!

Scalloped Potatoes II

This is an awsome recipe, just like grandma used to make! I added 1lb of cubed ham to make scalloped potatoes and ham. A meal in itself!

Spicy Party Pretzels

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
These pretzels are awsome if made right. Oven temperature should be at 200. Using a thicker stick pretzel works better than twists. Put pretzels on a cookie sheet to bake, and stir pretzels every 15-20 min to make sure thay are coated, and the oil bakes in.

Awsome cake! The peanut butter is a super variation from the chocolate. Everyone loved it, and wanted the recipe.

White Texas Sheet Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
First of all, any kind of Texas sheet cake is SUPPOSED to be flat. Second, I'm not sure about the color- not very appealing. It's kind of a funky yellow color, so I don't know where the white came from in the name. This cake is SWEET SWEET SWEET. I think next time I will try the cream cheese frosting that was recommended in another review to cut down the sweet

Texas Sheet Cake I

Excellent taste and texture. For those of you that are ending up with crumbly cake, you are over mixing the batter. Mix it just enought to get it all blended.
