I dipped each medallion in sesame oil then coated in white & black sesame seeds. Each side was seared about 1.5 - 2 min. For the sauce I used 1/2 cup butter and 2 TB wasabi as per suggestions. Served with wild rice and an asian strawberry/spinach salad. Absolutely devine!
