Mozzarella Meat Whirl

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2009
This recipe is AWESOME! I usually dont like meatloaf and have never been successful with it. I recommend cooking it for about 15 minutes longer than it says that way it hold better to the knife. I used shredded cheese. When it says rectangle I rolled it out to about 18 inces long and about 8 inches wide. Pinch the ends together so the cheese doesn't melt out the sides and poke holes in top. Get creative with the cheeses!

Busy Day Barbeque Brisket

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
I loved this and so did my husband. I left out the thyme and paprika. I didn't have fresh ground black pepper, so I used regular. Instead of the cayenne I used chipotle chili powder. Which I think was the best thing I could have donw. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ, which happens to be one of the best out there right now.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: May 12, 2010
This turned out remarkably good!! I used a 3lb bag of frozen chikn breasts. It turned out to be 6 breasts and there was plenty of sauce! I put some butter on the bottom of the dish, laid the chikn then poured the sauce all over. I didn't use a whole stick of butter or all the salt it called for. I used regular mustard. My husband is NOT a mustard fan but he said this one is his new fav. I made Rach's broccoli casserole to go with it. Delish!

Runzas (Bierocks)

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
ok so I just came to this recipe for a different type of bierock. I got the Rhodes texas rolls. They come in balls. I rolled out each one, folded it over and pinched the sides. I put a slice of swiss in before, forgot on some and just put it on top. I use a big electric skillet for the ingredients. I added half a big onion, the cabbage, and beef and let it all cook down. I may try the regular Rhodes rolls or just stay with my rolled out flaky biscuits.

This is a default dinner for us. I dont bother with the buns. I always have ALL these items in my pantry. Kinda like salmon patties. I agree with adding some minced onion.

I used frozen carrots and cooked it to where the brown sugar caramelized a little and added a nice brown crisp on the outside.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2009
I made a few changes b/c it seemed a little boring. I used manicotti instead of the lasagna noobdles. I added a little minced garlic to the spinich and green onion and added a little more of the onion to balance out the spinichy taste. I added chopped up boiled chicken. I also put some of the cheese inside the mix. I topped it with some green onion. It was delish.

Molasses Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2006
These cookies are AWESOME, I undercooked the first batch, but they were still awesome! I'm a big batter fan and this batter is better than choc. chip cookie dough! I agree it is more of a ginger snap cookie.

Cheesy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2005
This recipe was the easiest and most flavorful I have ever made. You would think since there are only 3 other ingredients it would be bland but nope!! The croutons set it off and the crispy cheese ontop made it incredible!! Everyone should try this!! This will stay in my reciepe box for a long time.
