Jamie's Minestrone
this is the best minestrone soup i have ever made! my husband kept saying how much he liked it. i used a whole carton of vegetable broth, whole can of kidney beans, 16 oz. bag of frozen green beans, i never have wine on hand so used some white cooking wine, and i added the cooked pasta at the end. didn't even notice on the recipe that was supposed to be added to individual dishes until i read the reviews. seemed fine. i always like a thinner broth soup but this was excellent. this will be my "go to" minestrone soup from now on.
