About this Cook
Have been Married about a year and have a full time jobn but have recently become very inspired to start cooking.
My favorite things to cook
Mexican is my specialty but I have realized that my husband and I also enjoy a variety of dishes that have veggies with a kick to them.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandmother always told me that a woman had a least know the basics about cooking and so am happy to say that I took it to heart and am constantly remembering some of my favorite dishes that she would make for me. Both my mother and grandmother are great insparations for me.
My cooking triumphs
Made fettuccini alfredo one of my favorite dishes for the first time and it was great!!
My cooking tragedies
None as of yet I keep my fingers crossed that my good luck keeps for awhile yet

Peach Cobbler V
I have had peach cobbler since i was young but never thought that i iwould be able to make it. my boss gave us a bunch of peaches and i thought what am i going to with peaches and i looked it up thinking it would take a whole lot of ingredients and effort but am happy to say this was so easy i did it like one of the other reviews with the extra flour and baking powder, i too cooked the peaches with sugar, lemon, cinnamon, but added 1 tsp of vanilla and let me tell you that was great. My husband and his friend ate it all up. Tip: It goes great with vanilla ice-cream, and cool whip. this was easy have made it twice this week already .
