I made this recipe using boneless/skinless chicken breasts. I made the sauce as written, but heated it on the stove with a TBS of cornstarch mixed in for thickening. I browned my chicken breasts first and cooked them at 350 in the oven for 40 minutes, turning once. Everyone liked the sauce on the chicken, but I think next time I will cover the chicken and perhaps reduce cooking time to 30 minutes. The chicken was a bit dry, but dipping it in the sauce took care of that. Overall, this is a great recipe, easy to assemble ingredients, quick prep, and makes a great dinner. Thanks for sharing!
