Sweet Restaurant Slaw
I don't eat cole slaw, but my husband and mother does, and they said that this was as close as you can get to what you can order from any restaurant. I have made it twice within a week. The first time, I made it with everything but the poppy seeds because I didn't have any. The second time I made it, I included the poppy seeds, used finely diced celery in place of onions, and added 2 tsp of half and half, since my husband likes it more wet. He said that it was exactly like he remembered the way his grandfather made it who was a cook in the navy.
