Avocado Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
So good - I made this for my cousin and husband, they really enjoyed it as did I. I did have to add more salt and pepper and I omitted the olives. Not a big olive fan. This was very tasty.

Authentic Chile con Queso

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
I love this dip! I made it as is and it was delicious. For the shredded chicken, i took two frozen chicken breasts, and added them to a pot of water - to the water I added some cumin, corriander, garlic salt, salt and pepper, emeril seasoning, 3 dried red peppers, and chicken boullion powder. The chicken was so flavorful! This recipe was awesome as is, but the last time we made it we tried refried instead of black beans and that turned out delicious as well. Def will be making this one for yrs to come.

Tater Tot Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
This is the first thing Ive tried from allrecipes that was high rated but not for me. It could entirely be my fault though. I believe I used to much ground beef and not enough cream of mushroom. I also did what most the reviewers suggested by putting the tater tots on top instead of mixed in because my hubby likes it crunchy. He loved it he said it was "comfort food" and I did like it the next day after it sat overnight in the fridge and was reheated. Next time I am going to try it with the cheddar soup as a lot of other reviews I read.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
These are bombish!!! I cant get enough of these muffin delights. We do make slight changes to it. Instead of the 1/2 yogurt we use 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup heavy cream. Also we add a lot of chocolate chips. They are flavorful, filling and declious. I love them! We have made these atleast 20 times

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
Truly is the World's Best Lasagna!!! My cousin made this recipe and it is phenomenal! Its a lot of prep work and a little costly if you dont have all the ingredients but def worth every minute and penny. I will be adding this one to the list of family favorites.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
This recipe is amazing! I went to a local farm and got fresh blueberries and zuchhini. I really enjoyed this. Only thing I would change next time is the amount of cinnamon - if you like it and are not allergic the recipe is fine as is but can be reduced or omitted. So tasty and delicious.
