This recipe was simple and easy to customize. I normally screw up the recipes here as I have to omit mostly all veggies (we are picky eaters and veggies are our biggest issue). We halved the soy sauce as recommended, used sirloin steak with Yellow Onions and Green bell peppers for the veggies. Since my husband won't eat the veggies I used I mixed them in last and on one side of the pan. This recipe was AMAZING! One pan and two small bowls is all it took. I did add some garlic to the veggies and Adobo on the beef for an extra kick. Tossed over some white rice with a side salad (that my husband would eat for his "veggie.") Will make again!
