Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Eh. I followed somebody else' suggestion to halve them and it didn't turn out so good. What happened is when you trim the bottoms, the leaves fall off and then those individual leaves burn to a crisp. So I pulled them out after 25 minutes, but the whole ones were not quite done. Next time I'll know better.
