This recipe was wonderful! A great for thanksgiving dessert that adds variety to the dessert table! Very quick and easy to make. Kids as well as adults find that these creamy-sweet desserts hit the sweet tooth!

Best Blueberry Buckle
I absolutely love this recipe! The only thing is there were more blueberries than flour??? I doubled the recipe and only used 3 cups of flour but people loved it just as much without all the blueberries. Thanks for posting!

Irish Potato Candy
These are great! I make these every year and decided to try a new recipe! My "dough" came out thick so i didn't need to refrigerate before rolling in the cinnamon. I also have a question, if i keep them out of the fridge will they go bad? Because i like mine soft where as when you put them in the fridge they get all hard unless you let them sit out.
