I absolutely love this recipe! I did change a few things. I made a spagetti sauce with onions and green peppers I did use canned spagetti sause but added a teaspoon of onion powder and garlic powder. I also added basil and black pepper. I made a few changes to the dry mix, I had to use more bread crumbs, added Tony Chachere's creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder,basil and about 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese. I browned the chicken on the stove first then put them in a glass casserole dish with the spagetti sauce on the bottom and smothered in mozzerella cheese. Cooked at 375 for 5 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered. Served on top of spagetti noodles. DELICIOUS!
